Turned up to quote us & next thing Nathans ladder is out and he fixed the problem in 5mins, I offered to pay for his time he said: "No it's ok, only took me a few mins". I offered to at least pay for his petrol. "No need, I was in the area anyway" ... I have no doubt there would be other contractors who would have turned it into a 30 minute job AND charged accordingly plus billed us "our call out fee"! We are very grateful to Affordable Guttering for their integrity and honesty. tulip19
